First fill in the ATSB form for your specific customer. ASNs may be sent to ATSB by emailing to:service@atsbmail.com or by faxing to 734.416.4277 or by phone if your power is off.

Using ATSB will save you from having to spend thousands of dollars on software that becomes obsolete causing more investment. Many of our customers have their own EDI system and use ATSB to send data timely when they are unable to send themselves meeting the OEM’s EDI requirements without jeopardizing their supplier rating. If your customer requires your company to send EDI and you do not have an EDI system in place to send then you will need a service bureau to send your ASNS to your customer.
Some customers require that you have a backup in place even if you have your own EDI- ATSB is an approved service bureau which fulfills this requirement.

Yes, ATSB has been in business for over 25 years and has gained thorough knowledge of the automotive EDI landscape. We are available 24 hours/7 days to process your EDI needs and to answer questions. Our office is staffed 24/7-no answering services. ATSB often has knowledge when your customer loses connectivity before you can know. Please call for all price quotes.
Please pay upon receipt of invoice. We perform services “at once” so we request prompt payment.
OEMs do not pay for EDI services. It is the suppliers responsibility to pay for all services provided by ATSB.
Power issues
ATSB is open 24 hours, seven days with technicians operating at a times. We do not contract an answering service. We never close with the exception of a few holiday hours during the year.

We provide “backup” service if your system goes offline to send EDI data on your behalf.
Some trading partners require a test to confirm that your data is being recognized by their system. We will do all the testing. You may be asked for com codes & supplier codes.
