About

Mark Zydeck

Advanced Technologies Service Bureau began in March of 1992. At that time ATSB was a one-man show with current President and owner Mark Zydeck providing all the EDI services. Mr. Zydeck had been the Treasurer and Controller of a 32-location lawn service company and was determined to apply his service expertise to the business of automotive EDI. Being the first Service Bureau to be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week would provide many challenges, but over 30 years later we are still providing EDI services to our customers.

In the beginning the goal of ATSB was to provide EDI service for small automotive suppliers that needed EDI expertise, but the business soon grew to the point where ATSB was providing EDI backup service for large suppliers on a continuous basis. ATSB quickly started expanding its staff as it was obvious that one person couldn’t support the demand for EDI services to an ever-growing list of suppliers. ATSB has grown steadily and has celebrated in March of 2022 30 years of providing EDI services and EDI expertise to its customers. We currently serve nearly 800 suppliers and over 5500 supplier codes, sending data to over 200 automotive related OEMs. Since the beginning and throughout the past 30 years the key to Advanced Technologies success has been quality service 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

ATSB is always working on improving its service to our customers.

Here are some of the policies and procedures we have defined in order to provide the best EDI service:
  • Training of employees

Best EDI Service for Invoice Generation In 2007 ATSB defined and began implementing a new training procedure whereby employees must pass quantity and quality tests for each OEM before they are approved as Data Specialists for that OEM. Most employees have been fully trained for all OEMs and we are committed to having every employee learn all OEM requirements.
  • Multi-Level Data Audit

All data entered by Data Specialists must pass through audits at several points by both the Specialist and Supervisors to ensure 100% data accuracy before the data is transmitted to the OEM.
  • Connectivity Maintenance

ATSB monitors all connectivity solutions currently in use or offered by Value- Added-Networks (VAN) and other service providers to make the best communications solutions available to our customers. ATSB also employs multiple hardware, software and connectivity products to make sure data can be transmitted regardless of individual network status. We always have a way to get your data processed!
  • Employee Performance Monitoring

Employees’ individual performance is tracked and evaluated by Supervisors and Managers on a regular basis in order to maintain data accuracy standards and improve customer service.

Advanced Technologies Service Bureau strives to provide the best EDI service possible. Our extensive knowledge of EDI and hands-on approach to data processing saves our customers time and money while giving them the peace of mind of having their EDI handled by true professionals with a proven track record in automotive EDI. Over the years ATSB customers have learned they can call on us in an emergency or as a primary provider for data they can’t process themselves. Let ATSB help you meet your EDI needs!
