EDI SENDING
ATSB will process EDI Outbound data sending ASNs full-time or for backup.
- Outbound --ASNs (856/DESADV), Invoices (810/INVOIC), Chargebacks (847s). (843). PO Change/Ack (855/865).
- Annual Maintenance Fee will be based on the Trading Partner.
EDI RECEIVING
ATSB will process all EDI Inbound data full-time for the Trading Partner.
- Inbound -- 830/DELFOR, (862/DELJIT, 824/APERAK, 820, 840, 846/INVRPT, PO850, 860, 861/RECADV, 864/GENRAL.
- Annual Maintenance Fee will be based on the Trading Partner.
NOTE: EDI receiving will include all files for any EDI document type loaded by the Trading Partner for the supplier. ATSB cannot do selective processing of documents. Temporary Receiving is not available.
FULL SERVICE
ATSB will process all EDI Outbound and Inbound data for the Trading Partner.
- Inbound --ASNs (856/DESADV), Invoices (810/INVOIC), Chargebacks (847s). (843). PO Change/Ack (855/865),
- Annual Maintenance Fee will be based on the Trading Partner (see below).
NOTE: FULL SERVICE includes FULL-TIME (not temporary) Receiving of ALL inbound documents for Partner.
CHRYSLER ‘eSupplier Connect’ SYSTEM MONITORING SERVICE
ATSB will monitor the Chrysler system at prescribed intervals and notify the supplier when there is an open ticket requiring a response.
- Saturday service (up to 6 days/month) , Daily service (Every day)
- Additional fees per supplier code.
FORD DDL SYSTEM MONITORING SERVICE
ATSB will monitor the Ford DDL system at prescribed intervals and notify the supplier when there is an open ticket requiring a response.
- Monthly service (5 times every day M-F), Daily service (Single day-eg. every Fri)
Ford VPP SYSTEM MONITORING SERVICE
ATSB will monitor the Ford VPP system at prescribed intervals and notify the supplier when there is an open ticket requiring a response.
- Saturday service (up to 6 days/month), Daily service (Every day)
- Monthly service (2 times every day M-F)
